If you are not completely satisfied with our products and/or services, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to resolve the matter for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
We are very sorry to hear you’ve received a damaged or wrong item. Please send the following information to our support team and we will do our best to make the problem go away quickly so you can promptly receive a replacement or refund.

• A quick video (between 5-10 seconds) of the item
All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
